The hotel was in a convenient location, close to public transport and a popular shopping district. the room was quite spacious and had a comfortable bed. the hotel offered a complimentary airport transfer service.
The overall experience was disappointing. the hotel was in need of some serious renovation - the carpets and furniture were worn out and the walls had marks and moisture.

The hotel is conveniently located and easily accessible. It offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the staff, especially Mr Arsalan, is helpful and goes above and beyond to resolve any issues. the breakfast spread is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
The security staff and management have been reported as rude and unprofessional by some guests.

The hotel offered free Wi-Fi throughout the property, which was a nice bonus. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and courteous, always willing to help with any requests.
The hotel was poorly maintained and in need of renovations. The rooms were outdated and the furniture was old and worn out.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities such as a spa, gym, and pool. the room was spacious and had a private balcony overlooking the city.
The only minor issue we faced was the slow room service delivery. this was quickly resolved by the staff, who apologized and brought our order promptly.
